You don’t have to assign every seat immediately—unassigned seats remain available for later.
Note:
Sharing logon information between two users as one account will become confusing and problematic in a number of areas. Best to stick to one account for each user and leave the Owner Account fresh and unused as much as possible.

How do I check my current seats quickly?

Absolutely. Just return to the Licensing page to purchase.
What if I have extra seats I don’t need?
To reduce seat count, log in to the Licensing Dashboard and cancel the extra pack before your next billing cycle. Those 5 seats retire at month’s end; you stop paying for them.
Does each seat get the same access?
Every seat has its own login. You decide each user’s role in GHL (Admin, Sales, Marketing, etc.), so you control what they see and do. There is only one OWNER account.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No. All packs renew monthly. Add or remove them any time—your billing reflects exactly what you used that month.
