How It Works

From “I see the problem” to “the workflow holds.”

Playbooks are executed as a lifecycle, not as a single task. The goal is stability — not a temporary spike that collapses next week.

This page describes the flow. The implementation assets live inside your Bizhackz workspace.

The lifecycle

1) Diagnose

Name the failure pattern

The first step is clarity: what is repeating, and why does it keep repeating? No blame. Just pattern recognition.

2) Select

Pick one high-impact fix

A scattered approach creates coordination work. A focused fix reduces leakage and creates immediate operational relief.

3) Implement

Build the controlled workflow

Configure the stages, ownership rules, triggers, and handoffs so the workflow guides behavior.

4) Test

Prove it works under real conditions

Test the edge cases that normally cause drift: missed replies, handoffs, delays, and overload.

5) Hold

Make the behavior repeatable

Add the minimal signals that keep the system stable: visibility, reminders, and exception handling.

6) Improve

Only then optimize

Once the base is stable, improvements compound. That’s when Growth System work stops breaking.

The sequence matters. Skipping “Hold” is the most common reason systems collapse after launch.

If you want the category map, go to Categories. If you want to see how access works, go to Access.

Scale by design — not by chance. Systems first. Fix leaks. Then automate. Then scale.
